The SEM5000Pro is a low-voltage, high-resolution thermal emission scanning electron microscope. It uses Super-Tunnel technology, a cross-electron optical path, electrostatically electromagnetic composite objective lens design, reduces the space charge effect, lowers system aberration, and achieves a resolution of 1.2 nm@1 kv. The imaging resolution capability under low pressure is enhanced, allowing for direct observation of non-conductive or semiconductor samples, effectively reducing the irradiation damage to the samples.
